- ### Who can see my private memos?

 Private memos are exclusively visible to the author. Even staff members with global 'view' permissions cannot access memos created by others that are marked as private, unless the visibility is explicitly set to 'Public'.
- ### Does it support file uploads?

 Yes, you can add files and images directly to a memo. The maximum file size and allowed file types can be configured by the administrator in the settings menu.
- ### What happens to attachments when I delete a memo?

 Depending on the configuration, attached files are permanently removed from the server when the memo is deleted. This helps save disk space, though it can be disabled in the management panel if preferred.
- ### How do hashtags work in a memo?

 The module automatically scans the content of your memo for words starting with a #. These words are extracted and linked to the memo as tags, allowing you to easily filter them via the sidebar or the search function.
- ### Can I search for specific hashtags?

 Absolutely. The sidebar features a popular tag cloud, and the live search bar supports searching for both text and specific #hashtags.
- ### How does the 'Pin' functionality work?

 Important memos can be 'pinned'. These memos will always remain at the top of the list, regardless of the date they were added, ensuring critical information or action items stay visible.
- ### Can I share code snippets in a memo?

 Yes, the module supports 'fenced code blocks' (using triple backticks). It features automatic syntax highlighting for languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and CSS, and includes a button to copy the code directly to your clipboard.
- ### What is the retention policy for memos?

 Administrators can set a specific number of days after which memos are automatically deleted. If this is set to '0', memos will be kept indefinitely.
- ### How can I quickly react to a colleague's memo?

 For public memos, team members can add emoji reactions via the reaction bar at the bottom of the memo card, allowing for quick interaction without typing out a full message.
